11月6日中午13:00-14:00,bet36体育在线_bet36体育投注护理部在模拟中心一号报告厅举办第二期 “全球视角 卓越护理”全英交流论坛。本次论坛以“护士心理健康”为主题,由呼吸重症病区护士张腾腾主持,两名国际护理硕士进行主题文献分享,研究生学历护士参与。
The Nursing Department of Henan Provincial People's Hospital held the second "Global Perspective Excellent Nursing" English Nursing Exchange Forum from 13:00 to 14:00 on November 6th in Lecture Hall 1 of the Medical Simulation Center. The theme of this forum was " Mental Health of Nurses", moderated by Tengteng Zhang, a nurse from the Respiratory Intensive Care Unit, with two masters of science in nursing sharing literature on this topic, and nurses with master's degrees participated.

Keke Chang, a nurse from Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, shared the literature Personal and work-related factors associated with nurse resilience: A systematic review, which reviewed the personal and work-related factors affecting nurse resilience based on work demand-resource model; Ying Wang, a nurse from Pediatric Surgery, shared an article entitled Burnout in Nurses Working in China: A national questionnaire survey, which explored the demographic characteristics associated with nurse burnout and the relationship between job satisfaction and burnout.

In the discussion session, the participants freely expressed their personal views and discussed the research methods, the content of the literature, as well as the mental health promotion strategies for nurses in China and abroad.

最后,护理部副主任刘纬华对本次论坛做简要总结,同时介绍了我院护士心理健康维护与促进策略。我院护理心理学组于2018年开展员工帮助计划(Employee Assistance Programs, EAPs),其目的是改善护士身心健康,实现护士快乐工作、幸福生活的愿景,现已形成一套专业、系统的护士动态心理健康援助体系,每年会对护士进行心理筛查--风险预警提醒--分级心理干预。EAPs项目的开展,是我院对员工人文关怀工作的前瞻性体现。未来在助力护士心理健康工作中,我院将继续为护士创造支持性的工作环境,同时为护士心理赋能,进一步提升省医护理团队的归属感及幸福感。
Finally, Weihua Liu, Deputy Director of the Nursing Department, summarized this forum briefly and introduced the strategies for maintaining and promoting mental health of nurses in our hospital. The Nursing Psychology Group of our hospital has launched the Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) since 2018, which aims to improve the physical and mental health of nurses and realize the vision of nurses working and living happily. A professional and systematic dynamic mental health assistance system for nurses has been formed. Psychological screening, risk warning reminders and graded psychological intervention were carried out for nurses every year. The implementation of the EAPs project is a forward-looking reflection of the hospital's humanistic care for staff. In the future, the hospital will continue to create a supportive working environment for nurses, empower nurses psychologically, and further enhance the sense of belonging and happiness of the nursing team.
