2 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. PhD degree required and generally graduated for no more than 3 years; with good moral quality and in good health; normally aged below 35 years old, for extremely excellent candidates, no more than 40 years old;
2. Meeting national and provincial standards for postdoctor recruitment, with strong research and academic ability and potential;
3. Recruitment majors: Clinical Medicine, Basic Medicine, Pharmacy, Public Health and Preventive Medicine, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Biochemistry and Molecular Science, Medical Genetics, Pharmacology, Epidemiology and Health Statistics.

1. 具有博士学位，品学兼优，身体健康，年龄一般在三十五岁以下的人员,博士毕业3年内，特别优秀可适当放宽至四十岁以下；
2. 符合国家和bet36体育投注：有关博士后管理规定相关的招收标准，具有较强的科研能力和学术研究的潜力。
3. 招收专业： 临床医学、基础医学、药学、公共卫生与预防医学、内科学、外科学、生物化学与分子学、医学遗传学、药理学、流行病与卫生统计学。
2 BENEFITS
1. Competitive financial benefits: based on the research task undertaken, the postdoctor will be able to receive about 210,000-310,000 RMB of annual salary;
2. Generous research fund: 300,000 RMB as initial research fund;
3. Postdoctors shall work full time in the hospital, and enjoy hospital benefits as full-time employees. Excellent postdoctors might be hired as official employees when the contract expires;
4. The research output beyond the agreement can be counted for hospital bonus;

薪酬福利
1. 有竞争力的薪酬：依据承担的科研任务，可获得21-31万人民币的年薪；
